- Do I have to buy or finance a machine?
- No — we don't sell machines and there's no finance. We own and operate everything: we supply the machine, keep it stocked, and run the sales. You just provide the space.
- What does it cost me?
- Nothing. You provide the space; we handle the rest — the machine, the stock, the cashless payments and the servicing.
- Where do you operate?
- Greater Brisbane — from the CBD out to Ipswich and Logan. If you're not sure whether we reach your suburb, just ask.
- How are location and terms decided?
- Placement terms are agreed during a quick, no-obligation consultation, tailored to your site. We visit, assess the space, and recommend the best machine and product mix for your location.
- How quickly can a machine be installed at my Brisbane site?
- Most installations happen within 1–2 business days of your enquiry. We bring the machine, plug it in, stock it, and we're out of your way. Book a free site visit and we'll confirm a window for your suburb.
- What products can the machine stock?
- Snacks (chips, chocolate, lollies, biscuits), cold drinks (soft drinks, sparkling water, juice), healthy options (nuts, protein bars, water), energy drinks, and canned coffee. We'll work with your team to pick a product mix that actually moves.
- How do customers pay?
- All our machines accept cashless tap-and-pay — debit/credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Cash is also supported on most machines. Cashless is faster, cleaner, and means we can monitor sales in real time.
- What happens if the machine breaks down or runs out of stock?
- Our machines are remotely monitored, so we usually know about a stock or fault issue before you do. We respond same-day across Brisbane for any service issue, and we'll swap out the machine if a fix isn't possible.
- Is there a minimum size for a site to host a machine?
- We typically place machines at sites with 20+ people, or smaller sites with high foot traffic (gyms, workshops, warehouses, after-hours sites). Smaller sites may still qualify — book a free site visit and we'll let you know.
- Who is behind Brisbane Smart Vending?
